Guest guest
Hi, I am in my first trimester (first month actually) of pregnancy and appear to have a budding case of strep throat. I have been told that mahasudarshan would be safe so I began taking it yesterday. I do not like the taste so I put it in capsules and took two three times along with a paste of slippery elm, licorice, honey and ghee. However this morning I got in my inbox a list from a fellow herbalist that none of these things were suggested during pregnancy, besides the slippery elm. Could any of the Vaidyas on here make a suggestion, perhaps Todd?? I feel like my midwives would probably reccomend an antibiotic (which I know mahasudarshan is an herbal sort of version of this) and allopathic antibiotics are not my preference. Thank you Rebecca
