Guest guest
Dear Mr Mohan, One of the effective ways of controlling panic attacks is breathing exercises. You can practice it any number of times but specifically before going to bed and anticipated attacks. Try to take deep long breaths and, as also adviced by one of the members of group, think positive. If you can get in touch with a yoga teacher, try Pranayam. You can also sit at times to meditate, and identify factors/ situations that lead to panic attacks and rationalise yourself, but for rationalisation, you may need assistance of a psychologist/ psychiatrists. Other small things you do is 1. Have proper sleep 2. Drink plenty of fluids 3. Avoid stimulants like Tea, Coffee and Chocolates Vineet chandra muga for panic and anxiety Hi friends / doctors !!
