ayurvedic formulations to neutralise mercury?

Hello,

There is so much people that declare problems coming from mercury of the

amalgam fillings.

When fillings are removed if dentists have not some precautions with instruments

and protocol medicine, mercury goes in the body circuit creating more big

problems.

 

In some forum i see that it is a big problem, many persons are in suffering

without knowing that the cause is mercury - after chelation things go better

but not always.

 

I ask

1)if in ayurveda there is some formulations to neutralise the mercury.

2)Why in the alchemic and ayurvedic medicine the mercury is the principle of

transformation...and now we know the dangerous effects? May be the alchemic

process of killing mercury changes its nature?

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Basic foods eaten by millions around the world such as

bread, biscuits, potato chips and french fries contain alarmingly high

quantities of acrylamide, a substance believed to cause cancer, Swedish

scientists said on Wednesday.

 

 

The research carried out at Stockholm University in cooperation with experts

at Sweden's National Food Administration, a government food safety agency,

showed that heating of carbohydrate-rich foods, such as potatoes, rice or

cereals formed acrylamide, a much studied substance classified as a probable

human carcinogen.

 

The research was deemed so important that the scientists decided on the

unusual step of going public with their findings before the research had

been officially published in an academic journal.

 

"I have been in this field for 30 years and I have never seen anything like

this before," said Leif Busk, head of the food administration's research

department.

 

Findings unveiled at a news conference called by the food administration

showed that an ordinary bag of potato chips may contain up to 500 times more

of the substance than the top level allowed in drinking water by the World

Health Organization.

 

French fries sold at Swedish franchises of U.S. fast-food chains Burger King

Corp and McDonald's contained about 100 times the one microgram per liter

maximum permitted by the WHO for drinking water, the study showed.

 

One milligram, or 0.001 grams, contains 1,000 micrograms.

 

 

Known Hazard

 

 

 

 

The Environmental Protection Agency classifies acrylamide, a colorless,

crystalline solid, as a medium hazard probable human carcinogen.

 

According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, acrylamide

induces gene mutations and has been found in animal tests to cause benign

and malignant stomach tumors.

 

It is also known to cause damage to the central and peripheral nervous

system.

 

"The discovery that acrylamide is formed during the preparation of food, and

at high levels, is new knowledge. It may now be possible to explain some of

the cases of cancer caused by food," Busk said.

 

"Fried, oven-baked and deep-fried potato and cereal products may contain

high levels of acrylamide," the administration said.

 

"Acrylamide is formed during the preparation of food and occurs in many

foodstuffs...Many of the analyzed foodstuffs are consumed in large

quantities, e.g. potato crisps, french fries, fried potatoes, biscuits and

bread."

 

Among products analyzed in the study were potato chips made by Finnish

company CHIPS ABP, whose shares fell 14.5 percent to six-month lows, as well

as breakfast cereals made by U.S. Kellogg, Quaker Oats Co, part of PepsiCo

Inc, and Swiss Nestle, and Old El Paso brand tortilla chips.

 

"For us, these are completely new findings which have never before been

known to the world's foodstuffs industry," CHIPS ABP said in a statement to

the Helsinki stock exchange.

 

Stefan Eriksson, marketing manager Burger King's subsidiary in Sweden, told

Reuters by telephone: "We have received the information and we are

evaluating what it will mean."

 

Spokesmen for the other companies mentioned in the research were not

immediately available for comment.

 

 

No Products Withdrawn

 

 

 

 

Margareta Tornqvist, an associate professor at Stockholm University's

department of environmental chemistry, said the consumption of a single

potato crisp could take acrylamide intake up to the WHO maximum for drinking

water.

 

Busk said, however, that the product analysis based on more than 100 random

samples was not extensive enough for the administration to recommend the

withdrawal of any products from supermarket shelves.

 

"Frying at high temperatures or for a long time should be avoided," Busk

said, adding: "Our advice to eat less fat-rich products such as french fries

and crisps, remains valid."

 

He said the findings applied worldwide, not only to Sweden, as the food raw

materials used in the analyzes had showed no traces of acrylamide.

 

Swedish authorities had informed the European Commission and EU member

countries, Busk said.

 

"It is the first time we have come across such a result. We will evaluate

this study and look at it but it is important to say that Sweden has not

withdrawn any products from the market," said European Commission

spokeswoman Beate Gminder.

 

"Therefore we'll have to see what the scientific evaluation by our side and

by scientists in the member states will bring about," she said.

 

Liliane Abramsson-Zetterberg, a toxicologist at the Swedish food

administration, said: "The cancer risk from acrylamide is much higher than

(the levels) we accept for known carcinogens."

 

But smoking, which is known to cause cancer, remained a bigger risk, she

said.

Hi Merevita;

In response to your first question > 1)if in ayurveda there is some

formulations to neutralise the mercury.

 

I can share that cilantro juice (1 tbs of puree 2X daily has been

recommended by several for chelating heavy metals. It is however

better prepared in a fresh cilantro chutney/salsa (even just blend

cilantro, fresh ginger or garlic, lime, salt, and a little sweet) or

use something like the following delicious recipe. (If the forum host

perfers, people can contact me for it) It seems that vata is also

aggravated (with pitta) when heavy metals are creating problems in

the body, so balancing the cilantro's raw and cooling properties is

wise.

 

CILANTRO CHELATION PESTO

Said to Remove Heavy Metals (Author Unknown). Heavy metal poisoning

is rampant. It is reported to be a major cause of hormonal

imbalances, cancer, thyroid problems, neurological disturbances,

learning problems, depression, food allergies, parasites, etc. This

is a great recipe that is not only easy to make but also really

yummy, and it tells you how to remove heavy metals from the body!

Cilantro is truly a healing food. One friend suffering from high

blood pressure due to mercury poisoning had her blood pressure return

to normal after eating two teaspoons of this pesto daily for only a

week. So whether you need to detoxify heavy metals from your body or

just wish to use it as a preventative measure, 2 teaspoons a day is

all you need to take. This pesto has now become a regular in my diet.

4 cloves garlic (vata and kapha reducing)

1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium) (vata reducing)

1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine) (vata reducing)

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium) (vata reducing)

2 cups packed fresh cilantro (coriander, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A)

(pitta reducing)

2/3 cup flaxseed oil (pitta, kapha reducing)

4 tablespoons lime juice (vitamin C, Vata reducing)

2 tsp dulse powder (iodine rich) (dosha influence probably pitta

reducing)

Sea salt to taste (vata reducing)

Process the cilantro and flaxseed oil in a blender until the

coriander is chopped.

Add the garlic, nuts and seeds, dulse and lime juice and mix until

the mixture is finely blended into a paste.

Add a pinch to sea salt to taste [here is where I would add a couple

of drops of the essential oils...Joy] and blend again.

Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so purchase

cilantro in season and fill enough jars to last through the year.

Cilantro has been proven to chelate toxic metals from our bodies in a

relatively short period of time. Combined with the benefits of the

other ingredients, this recipe is a powerful tissue cleanser. Two

teaspoons of this pesto daily for three weeks is purportedly enough

to increase the urinary excretion of mercury, lead and aluminum, thus

effectively removing these toxic metals from our bodies. We can

consider doing this cleanse for three weeks at least once a year. The

pesto is delicious on rice, vegetables, toast, baked potatoes,

avocado and pasta.

 

ESSENTIAL OILS CHELATING MERCURY

Dr. Gary Young has reported in preliminary research study in the

Young Life Research Clinic in Utah administering 3 – 4 capsules daily

of only his essential oil blend, JuvaCleanse which quickly increased

urinary output of mercury for several days and then decreased again.

He expects that the body's deeper tissues such as brain would release

further in another distinctive phase transition with continued use,

but I have not heard his latest discussion here. He of course

recommends other protocols along with for better balance in this

cleansing process.

 

Dr. Young is a brilliant researcher, healer and naturopath,

unfortunately without the added wisdom of Ayurvedic principles. I do

not know of the Ayurvedic discussion which would be appropriate

around this study. This oil blend (containing the expensive oils of

Helichrysum, Celery Seed and Ledum) is used safely internally only in

therapeutic grade form (organic/low temp/pressure distillation

solvent etc free) can be accessed at the website below. A

How to keep it?

 

in normal refrigerant or in freezer?

 

Why dark glass jars if we keep it in refrigetor?
