Guest guest Posted October 20, 2004 Report Share Posted October 20, 2004 Hello Everybody, Well i have recently join your group and i am a big fan of alternative therapy I am myself also working as Massage therapist (reflexology, Accupressure,Shiatshu). I recommend ayurveda also to my clients. Recently i have one of my client who has problem of itching in whole body when he stands Againts sunrays not always(but when he feels more heat) and also when he do some excessive work and sometimes if there there is hot temp in room. So if u people has any clues regarding that please give some advice so that i can help my client. According to Ayurveda Vitiation of Pitha dosha is ther.So pithasamana should be done. U can use pindathaila and Eladi kera for external application. If it is severe hot and icthing Pindathailam+ shathadhouda ghritha can be applied. Intake of plenty of water and natural fruits is advised Avoid spicy , chilly and hot foodstuffs.
