I tried to send you a private email but it is not going through.

 

Tomorrow, Monday, I am going to buy the Asvagandha in powder form.

The 7 sessions of acupuncture are over. Right now I am surviving on

Ibuprophen but it is probably not good for me. How long do I need to

take the Asvagandha? Should I increase the dosage of shell calcium?
