Guest guest
I was wondering if anybody could suggest something for high cholesterol. I am having some very bad side effects from the Lipitor I am taking now, and had to stop them. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!! Guest guest
Hi Bonnie .. The best results I have seen is with Red Yeast Rice, which is a nature Lipitor without negative side effects. It's a good idea to take Co Q10 along with it. You can find it at well stocked natural food store. . Good luck. Guest guest
Fenugreek seeds are wonder medicine for that condition. Soak 1/2 tsp in water overnight. In the morning chew the seeds and drink the water also. Guest guest
WOW! Thanks allot. I just happen to have some Artichoke here in my cabinet. The Fenugreek seeds I'll look for. These won't interfere with what I am taking already? I am taking pills, for an increase in appetite, pills for depression, pills for insomnia....Yeah, I know I'm a mess! Ha!!!
