search i mentioned

this is the National Library of Medicine, in the US

 

in this simple search (vegetarianism AND B 12), 213 citations came up

Now, I personally am not worried, if the digestion is good and the

patient eats dairy and eggs

Nonetheless, one study stated the following:

 

"Serum levels of vitamin B12 are significantly reduced in subjects

consuming alternative nutrition with deficiency observed in 67% of

vegans, 32% of vegetarians, 14% of semivegetarians vs. 0% in control

group (Krajcovicova-Kudlackova M, Blazicek P.)

but in the end, they are hollow assertions perhaps based on nothing

else except impending neurodegeneration
