Re: David Frawley says meat is the most nutritious food for the body. It

also carries the most karma for the spirit. My spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan

heard some complaints from some Buddhist monks saying they were having a hard

time concentrating on their meditations. He told them to stop eating meat and

their focus improved.
