The caffine really messes up the sleep and creates nightmare during menapausal phase. Half an hour Before you go to bed, take melatonin which helps sleepng. To equalize the hormones, you can buy some wild yam cream and apply on abdominal areas and thighs. That willstimulate your estrogen levels and will help the situation. As for food, take as much soyabean products like tofu as you can which has phytoestrogens which mimic the estrogen and releves the menapausal symptoms.
