Guest guest
My question is, why don't I have an appetite? I know my belly is empty, but have no desire to feed it. I joined a gym due to high cholesterol levels, 336, and 6.5 on the heart risk factor. I know I must feed my muscles in order to perform these weight bearing exercises plus my cardio work outs. I have been to every doctor out there, with no success. Is there something I can take to increase or give me a desire to eat. I must consume 1600 calories a day. Any suggestions would be greatly welcome!! I am starving to death, nutritionally speaking!!! Bonnie
