it is impossible for me to be specific as needed w/o actually seeing you

the daintiness of your limbs could indicate your prakriti

as opposed to the vikriti, which is related to pathological changes in

the overlying muscular and fat layer

the 'apple' shape which is suggested in your post indicates the problem

with insulin resistance that I've been going on and on about - its a

vattic form of obesity and won't entirely respond to the typical

kapha-reducing therapies typically mentioned, except for increasing

exercise...

hypothyroidism can be a feature of the insulin-resistance pattern

good remedies for thyroid include Guggulu and Brahmi (Bacopa spp., not

Centella [Gotu kola or Mandukaparni]), b vitamins, organic iodine,

chromium, magnesium, seaweeds etc.
