Haribol!

I noticed many devoties who came back from India are wearing a red

string around their wrist. Once I asked "what is this?" and the devotee

told me "It's from Vrindavan". That's all I could get...

I recently heard the term "Nada Chadi" which refers to a red string

tied around the wrist during puja for protection, or so I think.

Can anyone tell me about these red strings? Where is it from? Why is it

red? Is it relates to Vaisnavism as well?

Your answers will be deeply appreciated.

Hope this finds you in the best of health,

Your servant:

Omer
