I reccommend the yellow, thin book called Food for Peace by Rhomboru d d. Consider the money you will spend on a cookbook as a donation in the propagation of Lord Chaitanya's sankirtan movement. Don't be stingy !!! I am not connected in any way now to ISKCON but I consider them my friends ; I first found out about Radha-Krishna from them.
