++++

Dear Reader,

Loving Sairam from the Heart2Heart Team.

Swami enlightens us today with an inescapable reality.

Sai Inspires - 15th November 2005

In their ignorance, people hesitate to accept the rigours of spiritual

discipline, considering them to be so many fetters to free living. They decry

the divine command and denounce the grace of the Divine. That command is not

understood and appreciated, it is disobeyed and even fought against. If a wise

man sows wheat, he will be blest with a harvest of wheat; if a fool sows tares,

why weep because wheat does not grow? For everyone in the world, whether they

believe it or not, two plus two makes four; the result does not depend on your

likes or dislikes. The fact that the Supreme is in every being is a similar

inescapable reality. God will not give up if denied entrance, or enter if

invited: He is there; He is Being in every being. That is the Truth, and if

you want to know it and experience it, develop the vision of the wise. Without

that, you can never see it.

- Jnana Vahini, P. 32.
