It turned out that after getting an Amma doll, the devotee could only hug it. 2) Peace Pilgrim told a couple who quarreled a lot, to take a rapid walk around the block in opposite directions. Each time they met they would continue walking until the anger subsided. Then they would walk home together hand in hand. 3) Again from P.P. ~ remember that the person abusing you is actually hurting inside and crying out for love. If possible say your mantra, try to stay in your heart and feel Amma's( and your ) compassion for that person. Try to feel the silence inside and not to react. Perhaps easier said than done, but worth trying. 4) Whether it is anger, fear or some other human emotion, feel where it is coming from( as Amma said ) and try to bring it into the silence. 5) Crying out very intensely to Mother should bring some result. Hope this helps. Perhaps others can add to this. Praying for Amma's Blessings to give all of us Inner Strenght, amarnath
