Guest guest
I just came back from the hospital clinic. My vision has become increasingly blurry. Back in February I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. I've put it off for six months, but I'm frustrated at not being able to read without a huge magnifying glass. So I returned to the Eye Clinic to ask for cataract surgery, However, I'm also arthritic, and my neck vertibrae are fused and virtually immobile. I can't lift my head enough to put my chin in the device that is used to measure the size of the replacement lens. The doctor is also concerned that I won't be able to undergo cataract surgery with such an immobile neck. Does anyone of Amma's devotees know of a referral service in the New York area that could do cataract surgery on someone like me? I'm on Disability benefits (so my income is severely limited), and only have Medicare coverage. Suggestions and assistance are requested. Thanks, and Namaste! -- Len/ Kalipadma ______________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Surf the Web up to FIVE TIMES FASTER!
