Male fertility

Are there any ayurvedic products or kriyas which can improve male fertility?..

sperm count, sperm motility etc etc?

Apparently, this is needed for somebody whose sperm motility/count has dropped

significantly low.

Any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I heard somewhere if men wears boxer shorts instead of briefs, your sperm

count will improve. It has something to do with the temperature of the

scrotum. "Kundalini lotus is supposed to be good for balancing the second

and sixth chakras. Builds potency and channels sexual energy.
