music for kirtan kriya

sat nam, everyone, and congratulations to all who are keeping up with

their 40-day commitments!

 

i began 40 days of kirtan kriya on the new moon of may 8th, so i have

started just a little bit before you all, but still we are in the

energetic cycle together.

 

the cd i am using for this is "tantric sa ta na ma/sa ta na ma" which

i purchased from yoga technology. the "sa ta na ma" track by wahe

guru kaur khalsa (wah!) is a little over 30 minutes long & her

chanting follows the pattern of 5 min out loud, 5 in a whisper, 10 min

silently with just music & no chanting, 5 min whisper, 5 min out

loud. i am doing only 11 minutes but with a timer which i can hear

over the sound of the cd, it is easy to adapt for different lengths of

time. then i can keep my eyes closed & not watch the clock!
