I have also practised Indian Astrology, Ayurveda and Tantra yoga(let us call it the red one) for many years. Mudras (without mantras )I have practised for 5 years from time to time. It was through Mudras that I found this community. Today I began the study of the kundalini lessons and I had my first wonderful Tuning In meditation. Now my question is the following : How to pronounce the Wahe Guru mantra? Is it on any website?. Thanks Cristian Quote
