Guest guest Report post Posted February 14, 2005 Hi, I had been practicing Kundalini yoga for the past 3 weeks. But yesterday I suddenly had a muscle cramp in the hip. I fell down with a sever pain. I was not able to walk, sit or turn around yesterday. I was practising for a week, the warm up exercises, and the Kundalini sets to strengthen up Naval centre and increase the abdominal strength and help elimination given in the book "Transtitions to a heart centered world". I am afraid that because of the fear of pain I may stop practising Kundalini Yoga which I dont want to happen. Still I have sever pain near the tail bone. I am not able to sit properly and bend forward. Please let me know what could be the problem with my spine. Also please let me know if there is any remedy for this. Thanks & Regards, Chandru. Guest guest Report post Posted February 14, 2005 Please go to a doctor and follow his directions!!!!! Tell him what exercises you have been doing. I'm sure you can continue with yoga. But get your doctors advice first!!!! Kundaliniyoga, chandru sekaran <chanddru2001> wrote: > > Hi, > > I had been practicing Kundalini yoga for the past 3 weeks.
