Guest guest Posted November 16, 2004 Report Share Posted November 16, 2004 I have a question from the Kriya "opportunity & Green Energy Set" In "Transitions to a Heart-centered World" on page 102-03. 1. #6 Trea Kriya- Are we supposed to sit on left heel as stated in the directions or on the right heel as in the diagram? (It also seems a little different that we don't do both ways). 2.In # 11 when visualizing green energy-where should our focus be? (In # 10 we are focusing at the crown chakra and in #11 we are chanting from heart). I plan on doing Kriya for 40 days and will teach in class this Sunday.
