The other evening I felt beautifully spiritual and I decided to try out the mantra Eck ong Kar sat gur prasad sat gur prasan eck ong kar It felt wonderful no tape just repeating it by mouth. when I had finished I felt rather strange it was as though I was someone else looking through my eyes. I slept well and woke feeling wonderful which was amazing as I have an auto immune problem unfortunately that part didn't last long. could someone tell me please what happened.How long the channel stays open for and should I close the channel later.
