Focus will be on the third chakra. Call 2-682-0413 for registration information. Also a Thursday afternoon class for Stress release will be offered at 1:15. In mid September I will be offering a class through Mayfield Continuing Education center on Thursday evenings. I do not have all the details, if you would be interested in this class let me know, so I can up date you.
