Guest guest Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 Sat nam all, I just wanted to say that I received Fat Free Yoga/Yoga Cleanse from the Yogatech website last week. The DVD is absolutely wonderful in every way and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in KY. I didn't really have any preconceptions about what to expect but the production values were very high and the routines really give you results you can feel right away.
