The number of posts in my inbox have dropped considerably since a month. Am I missing some of the messages or is this current frequency? I dont want to miss any of the KY messages. It is the same directions as Gordon gave Suzanne. You need to go to /mygroups After you log in, click on "kundaliniyoga" and on the next page click on the "messages" link in the left column.
