I am a new member to the group, and I just wanted to introduce

myself. My name is Susan, and I just recently started discovered

Kundalini yoga a few months ago at an Ashram in Altamonte Springs, FL.

I would like to enhance my existance and open my mind to discovering

myself, and learn more about other people's experiences.

sat nam,

Susan
