Guest guest Posted June 9, 2003 Report Posted June 9, 2003 Sat Nam everyone! I have kept noticing the energy surge up my spine keeps getting stuck midway through my throat. I just wouldn't go beyond. Does this mean my throat chakra is shut? If so, can anyone recommend any specific kriyas to work on it? thanks, Mihai Quote
