I don't know whether this is normal or common, but I do know you're not alone. Recently, I was talking to an acquaintance who practices Bikram yoga. She's very enthusiastic and was telling me how great it's been for her. Then she added a curious thing -- she's noticed her nails growing rapidly since she began practice. Odd coincidence? I don't know anything about the physiology of nail/hair growth, but thought this was worth mentioning. Sat Nam Chris B Quote
