Completed first 40 day meditation!

I wanted to let everyone know I completed my first 40 day meditation

(Har Har Har Har Gobinday) on Fridy. YEAH!

 

I remember reading about the 40 day minimum and thinking, "40 days?!

That's SO long". But not only wasn't it SO long, I really enjoyed it

so it actually seemed to go faster than 40 days.

 

I'm beginning a 40 day of Sat Kriya now. I'm still working out the

kinks on the breathing though. I'm feeling better about it, but not

totally comfortable yet.

 

Thanks for everyone's help and support the past several months. I've

really appreciated it!

Congratulations! Wonderful!

 

I just recently started my second attempt at a 40-day meditation -- a

cluster migraine headache interrupted my last one, Sat Kriya (at day 12 or

something like that). I am starting with something easy and simple this time

-- an aura building mudra meditation -- and try Sat Kriya or maybe Kirtan

Kriya next...

 

Thanks for posting this, it is really inspiring to hear of others making it

through 40 days! Someday I will, too! ha ha!

Try this it works for me. Set your sight on 90 days or 120. Forty will come

and go and you won't realize it.
