Challenge them physically while the warm up exercises - navel sets, stretch

pose, front platform and stuff like this. Most men like to compete - give

them sometimes the chance to do so, they might feel better, if they can look

good --> ego, ego, ego.... Take them where they are and guide them to your

way. But you are also right - for some KY is the right stuff, for others

not.... (depending on conditioning, expectations, self awareness, etc.)
