If you are ( or anyone else who does) interested to do Seva the great place to

do it is Kundalini yoga center in Lennox Mass. www.kundalini.org It's a great

center and gorgeous place for R&R and workshop and absolutely wonderful group of

people to work with. And did I mention delicious vegetarian food?. I went there

for a few times for workshops and look forward to go back.

Hi . Seva in Kripalu is for free and you get your stay and meal for free. I'm

not sure if they give you a scolarship for that. Go to www.kripalu.org if you

are interested.

Yes there are scholarships. I do not know about sliding scale. Contact the

3HO office and they will give you the names of those you can contact.
