Hello

[Guest guest]

I have taken part in and enjoyed these wonderful yoga lessons for about a month

and want to introduce myslef and give humble thanks to Gururattan Kaur Khalsa

for sharing her life's experiences and teachings in these lessons. I am 61

years old and new at yoga practice. As I go through these lessons step by step

I feel like this is what I have been searching for all my life. My mindset has

always been along these lines and now I feel like I have come home. I enjoy the

gentle spinal exercises and have seen a definite improvement since starting. At

first I felt like a whale out of water - now they area becoming more flowing and

natural. Breath of fire still is a problem. Hope time and practice will bring

results as well. As soon I have digested and feel comfortable with all this

wonderful information offered in the great lessons I plan to enrich myself with

your books and CD's as well.

With my most sincere thanks. Ruth

Hi Ruth,

Welcome to our group. I know the feeling of coming home. Connecting with our

higher self is what yoga is all about. The technology of Ky is a very unique

experience for each individual. I hope you continue to share your homecoming

with the group.
