kundalini videotapes

I have a very good videotape that I purchased.

It's called Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh.

One of my favorite parts is the Breath of Fire demonstration.

 

Also, Denise Austin has a videotape that is very simplistic which

demonstrates the different yoga positions.

 

If you come across any other really excellent KUNDALINI videos let me know.
