RE: nose Bleed while in meditation?

I was in meditation on the train this morning and felt a pain in my left

part of my nose then it started to bleed.

I just watched what happened. It stopped only after a minute or so with

out me doing any thing.

 

At the time it started I was just being aware of my nose and a itchy

sensation that was there, watching how long it would last.

 

Is there any significance with this.

i had the same thing through guided meditation. i was deeply under, focusing my energy into a specific shape, and i just felt the valve in my nose build pressure until it *popped*. i quickly had to return to my body because it was bleeding pretty violently. this only happened once, but the whole thing was pretty intense. if anyone has any answers, i too would appreciate any insight on this. thanks
