millet diet revisited

I'm visiting family over the holidays and know it will be hard to do

yoga/maintain diet while going from house to house of my relatives

BUT...

 

Starting January 1 2002... I plan to undertake another 40 days of the

ever famous Millet weight loss Diet! I had such success with it last

Spring and even though lately I have been eating what ever I want I

am impressed that very little of the weight that I lost has come

back. Anybody want to join me? I could use the group support and will

be happy to give whatever information and encouragement I can.
