Guest guest Posted December 4, 2001 Report Posted December 4, 2001 There is an exercise in the book "Kundalini for Specific Applications" specifically for the spleen. Otherwise there are number of sets that will work that organ/meridian as part of a whole set in any of a number of Kundalini books. However, the author may not word it so that will be clear. In "Kundalini: Yoga for Youth and Joy" the descriptions are pretty specific as to what organ/meridian is getting the workout. Can I ask what your "need" is? Hope that helps. Guest guest Posted December 4, 2001 Report Posted December 4, 2001 Hi Dharam, A doctor of oriental Medicine who is also a teacher of KY (Dr Kartar from New Mexico) told me my spleen was deficient and I needed to do sets for the spleen. He just took a quick look at my tongue - this was not an in-depth consultation. I do have "Yoga for Youth and Joy " but not the other book you mentioned. Any advice gratefully received !
