Hullo group,

 

Thank you Carlos for letting me know the link to ' Brainwave meditation'.

I haven't started it yet though.Also I'd like to thank Preeti for sharing

her

experience about BM.Preeti, like you I've been practicing KY without

help from a teacher.Raju, are you from India ?I'd like to know if there are

any

KY centres in India.
