Hi,

 

I am new to kundalini yoga. I am interested to know

more about the yoga. I am interested to know whether

there is any series in kundalini yoga to manifest

goals and dreams in to reality. And also to reduce

weight.

have been to the site and got a beginners book on KY.

How long have you been practising KY? I am interested

to know about goal manifestations through KY-long time
