Guest guest Report post Posted March 2, 1999 I am new to this list. Years ago, I was involved in the Toronto 3HO ashram, learning Kundalini yoga. I have sinced moved out to a rural small town where people have no idea of what basic yoga is, let alone there being different approaches :/ I want to get back into my studies. Do any of you know of books, videos, and/or tapes that could help me do this on my own? My local library is frustratingly empty of any kind of spiritual thought. There is one bookstore in the next town over that will order anything I request. Nemaste, Susan

He has also recently started doing live demonstrations on Web TV - they are not free - you have to pay as you view. The website URL is in the mailing list bookmarks section - from memory it is www.yogibhajan.com - if that doesn't work, then check out the bookmarks section. Can I recommend "Relax and Renew" to you - I work from that book myself, on distance learning with a teacher in England. She reckons that it would take around 20 years to work through the book and master everything therein. So, if you've got 20 years or so to spare, go for it! ;-) Anyone else got any suggestions here - please? Namaste Gordon

The classes are in the mornings and Saturdays. I will be calling them to find out what they offer. Even if it is basic yoga, if I couple it with the book you mentioned, it should be great Thanks for your reply Susan > > > ------ > We are proud as punch of our new web site! > > Onelist: The leading provider of free email community services > ------ > Sat Nam!
