There is nothing like less or more powerful, the shaktipat is shaktipat and Sad Gurudev himself has given charge to Trimurti Gurudevs before leaving his physical body. However, u need to realise that Diksha is a continuation of relationship of soul with Guru-tatva. The soul is eternal, and changes bodies through various births. Pujya Trimurti Gurudevs were elevated into Gurupad in 1993, and they have been granting Diksha since. In many Sadhana Camps, both SadGurudev and Trimurti Gurudevs have granted Diksha. So, u need not be concerned about physical frame. The same Divine energy flows thru pujya Trimurti Gurudevs. Many instances have been published in mag when sadhaks have "seen" form of SadGurudev merging together with Trimurti Gurudevs, during Diksha, or during the Sadhana camps. It is the logical continuation. You will receive same benefit by taking Diksha from pujya Trimurti Gurudevs. However, beware of the newly-fangled, copycat Gurus who are profilerating in the society today. I am ashamed to admit it, but some of our own fellow-disciples have declared themselves as Guru at various places, and started giving Diksha, printing mag etc. to achieve petty financial gains. These newbies have NOT been authorised by Sadgurudev or Trimurti Gurudevs to grant Diksha etc. But then, some people will do anything to make money, and misguiding others in name of religion is a very easy task ! It is highly tempting to inflate one's ego and think of oneself as a God after achieving success in a few Sadhanas. Moroever, it will not be totally accurate to say that "Gurudev isn't physically present now" Gurudev is always present whenever a disciple calls out to Him. It might sound childish, but it is a fact. This relationship is founded on trust and faith. Invoking Gurudev's name whenever in trouble is a sureshot way to solve problem. If you perform Guru Sadhana in early morning (brahmamuhurath) with full faith and conviction, then you will yourself experience His presence. You can try it out yourself. Pujya Gurudev gae them whatever was needed to become a spiritual teacher to Trimurti Pujya Guurdev. And gurudev has said that its not that they have a right to become Guru as they r my sons. Any disciple of mine who follows me seriously and has the true intent will have the right to become a spiritual leader. Whoever becomes a disciple he is a disciple of Pujya Gurudev. This body is like a cloth. Pujya Gurudev is still there in the universe though in someother form. He will come to you if you call him in true love and for the want of true knowledge. Anurag Goel is right in stating that any disciple who follows Sat Gurudev sincerely and seriously is liable to become a spiritual leader one day. Also it is a fact that if you chant Guru Mantra in Brahma Muhurth i.e. in the early morning, SatGurudev will definitely come to your rescue and your problems will get solved. For instance, I am in Chennai. The teen Gurus are in Jodhpur. I do not have any contact with them in any form as I do not know Hindi. Nor I can spend so much money to travel all the way to Jodhpur and meet them to get any clarifications. I sincerely chant Guru Mantra,Chaitanya Mantra and Gayathri Mantra daily without any let up. I am personally a happy man. Regarding taking Diksha from teen Gurus at Jodhpur, I cannot comment as I am incompetent to make any comments on such things. However, it is for the individual to select his Guru. I am a firm believer that if you are destined to get a good Guru, nothing can stop you in this regard. Regarding creating Website in Hindi, the South Indians will get the real benefit of knowing about Sat Gurudev and his preachings can be spread only if English Website is also available to them.
