i am not too sure, but i do what shastri ji instructs in the

cassette: "amachani me jal le ke jalte hue deep ke aas paas teen baar

ghumaiye, aur Guru charno me chor deejiye."- i hear it everyday.

It depends, some people do not like praying with a cassette on at

all, and they like to say all the shloks themselves. may be that is

the better way. But for starters the cassette is a great thing. this

idea was given to me by a senior Gurubhai i had become good friends

with at Delhi Gurudham who did the same, and helped me correct many

silly mistakes i made. The cassette has the added advantage that it

contains 108 Gurunaam which are not given in the book, and have to be

recited after offering pushp (flowers). (also given on the site under

sadhnas). The whole process takes me half an hour.

i take some water in a copper spoon and rotate it in clockwise

direction around the whole bajot including Guru photo

Guru paduka + the aarti thali(for neerajan) and pour it on Guruji's

paduka. not sure if that is 100% correct.

best wishes
