27th, place of birth (wherever you are at present), and vary the time.

For me ravi pushya ends around 11.30 p.m.

Not only that if you have the knowledge(I DO NOT), you can get the

exact ascendant at a given time- and knowledge of planetary position

in various houses at all instants.

 

May be this is of use to people based outside India, and seriously

interested in astrology.
