Dear Guru Bhais & Bahans

Jai Guru Dev !

In SADHNA Rules there is one Rule that during Sadhna

period Sadhaks should maintain CELIBACY not only

Physically but mentally also.

Suppose a person who is just get married and take

guru diksha and do "DAINIK SADHANA" daily in the

morning and no other sadhna but this "DAINIK GURU

SADHNA" he does daily.

So now if he maintains CELIBACY then what about

his MARRIED LIFE and if he does not maintain CELIBACY

then what about his SADHNA.

Please advice me on the same exactly whetre if a

person who do only DAINIK GURU SADHANA not any

specific sadhna then he need not to maintain CELIBACY.

He has to maintain CELIBACY only if he do any SPECIFIC

SADHNA other than DAINIK GURU SADHANA.

Your valuable advice will help me and other sadhaks

& disciples like me.

Please advice soon.

Jai Guru Dev !

Regards : Sanjay

dear brother,

relax!!

you sound almost panicky, and I could not help smiling. if you are

living in grahasth, you should thinking reasonably have the right to

be not celibate all the time, and why hide behind the titile of newly

married? otherwise what is the difference between you and a sanyasi?

look, some sadhnas like say baglamukhi and other mahavidya sadhnas are

very strict about this.

please understand that sadhna in a part of tapasya to burn your

previuos sins and to make way for everything good on the spiritual and

materialistic planes to enter your life. celibacy, eating a restricted

diet, not chatting on and on (Maun), not lazing around, are all

various kinds of tapas. The more control you have on yourself, the

more you do greater will be the benefits.

SO let me ask you what is your aim? are you pretty satisfied with life

at present, or are you facing some serious problems you desperately

want to get rid off, or wish to rise high spiritually soon? If things

are going fine, relax lead a normal life and perform Guru sadhna and

things can only improve for better. If not,

everything from taking more Dikhsas in GURUdev's guidance, performing

more sadhnas and etc etc would help (if you choose the path of

sadhna

that is)for your betterment. The more desperate you are to end your

troubles, the more effort you would/should be willing to put in.

BUT, you alone are an honest judge of whether you cannot follow

restrictions, or want to find an excuse not to!

jai GURUDEV

ps: Happy birthday, Ashish. I am still going through a lot of

"manthan and analysis and doubt" and do not wish to yet give out

experiences to be posted on the web
