Guest guest Report post Posted April 4, 2001 Jai Gurudev . This depends on the Sadhana. For some Sadhanas, it need to be lighted for the entire night (even after completion of Mantra chanting). However, i guess that for most of the cases, it refers to lighting the lamp again on each day. Please also remember that the Sadhana articles etc. sud not be washed daily for multiple day Sadhanas. Usually, you light the lamp before starting the sadhana and keep it lighted while you are performing the sadhana. You repeat the procedure everyday. In exigences it is written in the sadhana vidhi to light the lamp continuous all days. But normaly you have to light every day when you start pooja upto the end of that day pooja only.
