Dear Gurubhai,

Jay Gurudev!

Amitji, I have a copy of cassette which contains the 33 sanchari

bhavs. I will get the info and pass it to you over the weekend.

Does anyone know the correct procedure to do the Nyas. How does one

do Karnyaas, Angnyaas. Does one chant the Mantra and touch the

required part of body with right hand index finger?

Is there any special mudra ? I will be grateful if someone can give

information about it

Shree Guru Charan Kamaleybhayo Namah

Jay Gurudev.

Dear Gurubhai,

Jai Gurudev,

Nyasa : The literal meaning is the act of taking care of or looking after.

We have totally forgotten our own part of the body. Our mind can become

subtle only if we know all our part of the body. Now, knowing means we

should actually feel its presence as an individual part. By doing Nyasa we

have to touch that particular part with right hand (either by all the

fingers or some of the fingers). But main thing here is to feel from inside

that that part has been touched by the right hand. While touching that

part we should chant that particular Mantra.

Nyasa is recommended to be done before & after a particular Sadhana. It

helps the Sadhak to develop a powerful insight.

I will write something more during the week-end in details.

May Gurudev shower blessings on all of us.

Thanks,

Jai Gurudev,

Pradip Merchant.

Dear GuruBhai,

In one magazine the explanation of Nyaas appeared if

i remember correctly there it was mentioned that by touching our different

body parts along with mantra meant for nyaas we energize our body parts.
