Rolf Naujokat (who is certified to teach astanga vinyasa) is teaching

(Mysore style) at Greenpath Yoga in SF from 8-10 AM until the end of

Rolf is a long time dedicated student of Sri Pattabhi Jois and is

quite a gift. I recommend anybody in the area to take advantage of

this special opportunity as Rolf is rarely in the US.
