coming back after surgery

I had a hysterectomy 4 weeks ago. It was rougn! Iam feeling

stronger every day but still somewhat weak and numb in my belly

and core. Can't lay on my belly , am basically just walking and

practicing restoratives. Anyone here have experience in coming

back after surgery. Suggestions? support?
