Guest guest Posted March 1, 2004 Report Posted March 1, 2004 Its Yoga webside has good material to download for free. She said she will be needing another teacher for a couple classes, and asked if I would be interested. If this goes though, she would like me to start in a month or two, but I cant take the teacher training course until next winter... Does anyone know of any teacher training materials I can order off the internet or any other good resources that will help prepare me for teaching? Namaste. ashtanga yoga Namaste! Guest guest Posted March 5, 2004 Report Posted March 5, 2004 Thank you so much! This is awesome! I have taken Ashtanga for almost 4 years (yoga for 10), but I moved out of the US without getting my certification. Now I've been offered a job teaching Ashtanga, and even though I've taught yoga in the past, I wanted a formal guide to how to conduct this course. So this is exactly what I needed. BIG HUG for you Esteban!! sparkypo <sparkypo wrote: I'm sorry! www.itsyoga.net They have good downloads.
