Janu Shirshasana B

Back ot the knees again, I was wondering if anyone else has had problems

with Janu Shirshasana B. It's mostly my right knee (the one that has not had

the cartilage op) and it's not really pain that I get, but a clicking on the

medial (middle) side. It is uncomfortable at times to sit in JS B,

especially if I move further forward to sit on my heel.

 

Hopefully one of you has gone through this (for better or worse)...
