Guest guest Posted November 9, 2001 Report Share Posted November 9, 2001 While some would argue that is it possible to perform surgery on yourself, particularily minor operations like appendectomies, wisdom tooth removal, and breast enhancements, I believe it is much better to let someone else, ideally a person who has medical training, perform these operations.<br><br>It may also be advisable to study yoga with someone other than yourself.<br><br>Have you ever seen community theater? It consists of mainly self-taught actors, people who are their own teachers. People who believe that "You are your own best teacher" should be forced to watch 3-4 hours of community theater.
